Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is also the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He sits on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of many online publications and is as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Transforming Lives through God's Ever-changing Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children along with his spouse Leslie.
